Inventory Count Sheets

A Physical Count is a quick way to make sure the inventory presented in ToolHound accurately matches the actual physical inventory counted in your tool crib. An Inventory Count Sheet can be printed to perform a Physical Count on all or any portion of your inventory.

 

 

 

Print Inventory Count Sheet

 

 

Reports >> Physical Count >> Inventory Count Sheets
 

  1. Use the Search icon to select a Location to print the count sheet (optional). Leaving blank will print count sheets for all Issue Locations.

  2. Use the Criteria button to add filters to your report (optional). See Criteria for more information.

  3. If you have saved Criteria for this report, use the Search icon to quickly enter your filters in the Criteria Keyword field.

  4. Place a check mark beside Separate Page Per Group? if you would like to view each group on a different page.

    NOTE:
    groups are determined by your selection under Ordered By.
     

  5. Select from the Ordered By drop down list for the display order of the report.

  6. Select the Output Format for the report.

  7. Click Preview to view and print your count sheet.

Once an Inventory Count Sheet is filled, you must enter the count information into the computer to update the quantities of your stock. Updating your stock quantities in ToolHound is a three step process:
 

  1. Inventory Count Sheet - Print count sheet.

  2. Physical Count - Enter Inventory Count Sheet information.

  3. Update Inventory - Update stock quantity with the Physical Count.

 

Physical Counts can also be done using the Dolphin scanners.
